Which camera mounts are TTArtisan lenses compatible with?
We offer a wide range of mounts including Sony E, Fujifilm X, Canon RF/EF-M, Nikon Z, Leica M/L, and Micro Four Thirds (M43). Please check the specific product page to ensure you select the correct mount for your camera sensor size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times usually range from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the issue to initiate a replacement or full refund.
Are TTArtisan lenses manual focus or autofocus?
The majority of our lenses are manual focus to provide a tactile, vintage shooting experience. However, we have recently released several autofocus (AF) lenses for specific mounts. Please refer to the 'Specifications' section on the product page for details.
