At TTArtisan, we stand by the quality of our lenses and optical accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the lens in its original box, including all caps, hoods, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
